You are officially on your way!

WEEK 1. This will be a chance to get your bearings. You may not know what some moves are and you may pick up a weight that will later be a little too light. You may want to stop before the workout is over, but don't let yourself. This is a chance to succeed in your fitness and wellness goals. Also, since it is week 1, I would love for you to take some before pictures if you feel up for it. [Front of body, side of body, and backside of body.] Eight weeks may not be enough to see complete physical changes, but will absolutely change the way you feel about yourself and how you go about your day.
