This weeks MINDFUL MOMENT.
“Every morning you have two choices: Continue to sleep with your dreams or wake up and chase them.”
This week we are going to start reflecting and renewing your current beliefs. I want you to think about your beliefs in three different categories: MIND, BODY, & SURROUNDINGS.
You are going to draw a big circle on three different sheets of paper for each of the categories above. On the inside of the circle you are going to write the things you WANT in that category and on the outside, you are going to write things that you DO NOT want. For example, for my MIND category I would put in my circle: level headed, clear, positivity and for the outside of my circle, I would write distractions and sadness. Do this for all three categories.
The goal of this exercise is to keep coming back to what you believe in and what you really want in your life. If you are constantly reminded of the good, and keep seeing the stuff you don’t want in your life, it will be easier to let go.
