DYNAMIC WARMUP |  COOLDOWN |  WEEK 2 PAGEWELCOME PAGE

It's International LEG DAY! Just kidding, I made that up, but today we work your lower bod. Please make sure that you use the dynamic warmup before the workout. You are strong. You are beautiful. You are important. Ask any questions you may have, some people may have the same ones!

Equipment needed: two dumbbells + mat + block or pillow 

Set 1: 3 x 12-15

  1. DB suitcase chair squats

  2. Block knee tuck ins elbows to knees

  3. Lateral lunge lifts, each side


Set 2: 5 min EMOM (Ladder of reps: 10, 12, 15, 18, 20, etc)

  1. Squat Jumps

  2. Remainder of minute : Up/Downs


Set 3: 4 x 15

  1. DB shoulder hold double pulse squat

  2. Side v-ups, alternate sides each round

  3. Reverse lunge to snap kick, alternate sides each round


Set 4: 5 min EMOM (Ladder of reps: 8, 10, 12, 15, etc)

  1. DB good mornings

  2. Remainder of minute: Plank pop to low squat


Set 5: 3 x 12-15

  1. One heavy DB back sumo squat

  2. Block plank hopovers (or stepovers)

  3. Single leg deadlift knee drive hops, each leg
