LEG DAY strikes again. There's a lot of core in this workout as well. Hope you love it as much as I do.

Equipment needed: dumbbells + mat + resistance band

Set 1: 3 x 12

  1. Band above knees, hold DB at chest for squats

  2. Band stays above knees, hip thrusters with knee pulse out

  3. (:60) Skaters


Set 2: (Core blast, :30 on rolling right into the next exercise) x3

  1. Hollow boat hold
  2. Side v-ups R
  3. Side v-ups L
  4. High to low plank

Set 3: 3 x 12

  1. DB forward lunges, both legs is 1 rep

  2. Band around ankles plank jacks (or tap outs)

  3. Lateral butt kicks (:60)


Set 4: (Core blast, :30 on rolling right into the next exercise) x3

  1. Flutter kicks slow
  2. Forearm plank hip dips R
  3. Forearm plank hip dip L
  4. Superman swimmers

Set 5: 3 x 10

  1. Band around ankles, single leg DB deadlift, both legs is 1 rep

  2. Band around laces, bicycle crunches (:30)

  3. Heismans (:60)
