Set 1: 3 x 12

  1. DB lunge pass thrus, total

  2. DB bench step up with twist, total

  3. Decline mountain climbers (:40)

  4. DB good morning to squat


Set 2: 3 x :45

  1. DB squat to alternating reverse lunge

  2. DB lat pullover knee tuck

  3. Lateral high knees

  4. Squat to hopskotch feet


Set 3: 4 x :45

  1. DB squat curl press

  2. Mini band skaters


Set 4: 3 x 12

  1. Alternating arms high to low plank

  2. Banded single side knee drive bicycle crunches, each side

  3. Mini band squat tap outs, each side

  4. Burpees
