Equipment needed: two dumbbells + bench (or couch)

Set 1 (x3)

  1. DB incline hip thrusts (10)

  2. DB Romanian split squat (12 each side)

  3. Side forearm plank rocks (:30 per side)

  4. Cross jack squats (15)


Set 2 (x3)

  1. DB single leg deadlift (8-12 per side) 

  2. Pistol squat on bench (8-12 per side)

  3. Forearm plank knee taps (:40)

  4. Jump jacks (:45)


Set 3 (x3)

  1. DB forward lunge to squat (10 each side)

  2. Lateral lunge to curtsy lunge (10 each side)

  3. Jumps over db (:40)

  4. DB sumo squats (15)
