Practice gratitude every single day. You have a body, you are healthy, you are able to put your body through countless workouts and sweat. You are able to walk. You have shelter. Things we often take for granted, are things we should be oh so grateful of every single day. Write down things you are grateful for in your life.
If there is one thing that stays constant in my life, it's being grateful every single day. Right now, I am so very grateful for every single one of YOU! I can't begin to explain how much all of this means to me, and that you trusted me to guide your journey.
