Sometimes, every day is leg day. So today, we have a bit more legs. Who cares, we are doing it! ;)

Equipment needed: two dumbbells + bench + mini bands

Set 1: (:45 x 3)

  1.  Reverse lunge to curtsy lunge R

  2. DB single leg squat with floating leg R

  3. Reverse lunge to curtsy lunge L

  4. DB single leg squat with floating leg L


Set 2 (x4, no rest in between exercises, minimal rest in between rounds)

  1. :30 Alternating forward lunges

  2. :20 Low squat jumps

  3. :10 Star jumps


Set 3: (:45 x 3)

  1. Band around laces, squat to alternating knee drive

  2. DB bulgarian split squat R

  3. Squat lateral shuffle to plank pop up low squat

  4. DB bulgarian split squat L


Set 4: (x4, no rest in between exercises, minimal rest in between rounds)

  1. :30 sumo squat calf raise 
  2. :20 sumo squat hops
  3. :10 sumo squat with heels up hold
