- DB lat pullover
- Forearm plank forward punches, 10-12 each side
- DB one arm lateral raise one arm forward raise, 10-12 each side
Set 2: (10-12 reps x 3)
- DB seated arnold press
- Banded tabletop taps
- Banded overhead reach to chair squat and row
- DB bent over wide row
Set 3: (10-12 reps x 3)
- DB upright row
- Banded bent over row R
- DB chest fly
