Ending the week with your upper body! What is even happening here?! Try to increase your weight as you go through each round -- thats the goal this week!

Equipment needed: two dumbbells + mat + resistance band

Set 1: (10-12 reps x 3)

  1. DB lat pullover 
  2. Forearm plank forward punches, 10-12 each side
  3. DB one arm lateral raise one arm forward raise, 10-12 each side

Set 2: (10-12 reps x 3)

  1. DB seated arnold press
  2. Banded tabletop taps
  3. Banded overhead reach to chair squat and row
  4. DB bent over wide row

Set 3: (10-12 reps x 3)

  1. DB upright row
  2. Banded bent over row R
  3. DB chest fly
  4. Banded bent over row L
  5. Jump jacks :45
