Welcome to FULL body Monday! We are actually starting the week with TWO full bodies this week. Ready to crush it? Cool. 

Equipment needed: two dumbbells 

Set 1: (3 x :45)

  1.  DB alternating lateral lunge to cross body crunch

  2. Alternating bird dog hand to toe tap

  3. Leg raise with DB crunch

  4. Star jump to jump jack 


Set 2 (3 x 12)

  1. Traveling lateral butt kicks

  2. Donkey kicks

  3. Butterfly crunches

  4. DB sumo squat knee drops, each side is 12 reps


Set 3: (3 x :45)

  1. Plank shoulder tap plus foot tap

  2. Jack drop squat

  3. DB alternating reverse lunge press

  4. Star tuck ins
