Equipment needed: two dumbbells + bench (or chair) + mini bands

Set 1: (4 x :60)

  1. DB squats

  2. Incline diagonal mountain climbers


Set 2 (3 x :45)

  1. Banded arms squat to twist

  2. Banded pushups

  3. DB Alt snatch


Set 3: (4 x 10 / each side)

  1. Decline plank knee to opposite elbow with glute kicks

  2. Bench step up DB twists

  3. Banded bicep curls

  4. Banded tricep kick downs


Set 4: (4 x :60)

  1. DB piston rows

  2. Tuck ins up and over bench
