Ending the week with Upper Body. With set 1 and 3, one exercise has a lower amount of reps than the second exercise. The movements will see-saw throughout the set.

Equipment needed: mat + mini band

Set 1: (rd 1: 8 / 12 reps. rd 2: 10/10 reps. rd 3: 12/8)

  1. DB hammer curls
  2. Incline tricep dips

Set 2 (20 minute AMRAP )

  1. 10 Leg raise reverse crunch
  2. 10 DB front raises
  3. 10 Side forearm hip dips R
  4. 10 Side forearm hip dips L
  5. 10 DB curl to shoulder press

Set 3: (rd 1: 8 / 12 reps. rd 2: 10/10 reps. rd 3: 12/8)

  1. DB chest press
  2. Superman with lat pull down
