This weeks MINDFUL MOMENT. 

“The more you praise and celebrate your life, the more there is in life to celebrate."

Everything should be celebrated. When was the last time that you actually celebrated something SMALL? You know whats awesome? Being really truly happy for yourself. Celebrate getting through a whole workout. Celebrate your water intake for the day. Celebrate a good day at work. The small things matter, just as much as the big things.

This week I want to to celebrate something as much as you would if you got a promotion. Go big. Get balloons, throw a party, treat YO self. Celebrate everything! I promise, it makes life more fun too!
