Welcome to FULL body Monday! Starts the same as last week, with two full body days in a row! 

Equipment needed: two dumbbells + mini band + block 

Set 1: (4 x :45)

  1.  4 lateral lunges to 4 split hops

  2. Mini band single arm bent over row

  3. Lateral bear crawl

  4. DB sit up to tricep extension


Set 2 (3 x 12)

  1. Block reverse lunge to twist

  2. DB drop squat hop to high pull

  3. Low plank to high plank pushup


Set 3: (3 x :45)

  1. Hollow boat to superman

  2. Block overhead hold high knees

  3. DB sumo squat with curl

  4. Banded knee tucks


Set 4: (3 x 10)

  1. Wide pushups

  2. Block sit ups
