Equipment needed: two dumbbells

Set 1: 8 min EMOM

5 burpees then rest of min is next exercise

  1. Jump jacks

  2. Squats

  3. Cross country skiers

  4. Mountain climbers

  5. Cross jacks

  6. High knees

  7. Good mornings

  8. Butt kick press


Set 2 (3 x :45)

  1. DB squat with two punches at the top

  2. Plank in/out to plank jack

  3. DB chair squat outside swing

  4. Flutter kicks low to gradually get bigger


Set 3: (3 x :45)

  1. DB squat to curtsy lunge press

  2. Outside mountain climbers

  3. DB v-up

  4. 180 squat jump


Set 4: (2 x :30)

  1. Wall sit with DB shoulder press

  2. Narrow pushups

  3. Plank break dancer
