I’m already so sad that this is almost over. But I can’t believe how much progress you all have made. It’s been incredible! You have been creating some habits in your life that are consistently making your lifestyle healthier, happy, and stronger. You are well on your way to a major lifestyle change. So, how you will you take those steps to to keep those habits going?
Make a complete list of your morning and evening routines. Make a pact with yourself that you will continue to do them every single day. Share your routines with all of us so we can hold you accountable to them!
