Full Body Monday! 

Equipment needed: two dumbbells + bench (or chair)

Set 1: (3 x :45)

  1. Skater to box jump

  2. Scissor kicks

  3. Squat to hopskotch foot


Set 2 6 Min EMOM

  1. 5 burpees

  2. Rest is 1/2 kneeling punches


Set 3: (3 x :45)

  1. DB squat to axe chop

  2. Wide narrow v-ups over bench

  3. Long jump forward, high knees back


Set 4: 5 Min EMOM

  1. 10 squat tuck jumps

  2. Rest is forearm plank


Set 5: (3 x :45)

  1. DB squat to bench with press
  2. Tabletop bird dog
  3. Hop over DB twice to 10 high knees
