Equipment needed: two dumbbells + resistance band

Set 1: (3 x :60)

  1. DB lat pullover to saggital row to full sit up
  2. Plank ski abs
  3. DB curl to strict press

Set 2 (15 Min AMRAP)

  1. 10 Alternating DB windshield wiper curls
  2. :30 Plank hold
  3. 10 DB upper shoulder openers
  4. :30 Boat pose
  5. 10 DB bent over flies

Set 3: (4 x 12-15 reps)

  1. Mini band pulls 
  2. Mini band tricep kickbacks, each side
  3. Mini band plank tap out jacks each side
  4. Mini band seated row, each side
