This weeks MINDFUL MOMENT.

Actually see yourself in exactly where you want to be in about 6-8 months. Be the outsider looking in and be proud of what you see. Who do see? What are you doing? Who’s with you? Use a full page in your journal to write a letter to your future self, congratulating yourself on all the things you have accomplished in the past 6-8 months.

Make a complete list of your morning and evening routines. Make a pact with yourself that you will continue to do them every single day. Share your routines with all of us so we can hold you accountable to them!
