Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Virtual Strength and Mobility Coach to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with Tara LaFerrara, the owner and founder of Broads App to design and implement personalized strength and mobility programs for 1:1 coaching clients. You will play a key role in coaching clients, contributing to program strategy, managing program fulfillment, and helping to sell new clients. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual passionate about fitness, committed to helping women achieve their goals through effective and personalized coaching and the potential to move into a bigger role managing other coaches.

This role is ideal for a fitness professional working in a fitness facility who wants to add additional revenue streams to their coaching services, or a coach looking to pivot into the online space with a proven brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Programming and Coaching:

    • Assist in the development of individualized strength and mobility programs based on clients' goals, fitness levels, and any specific needs or limitations.

    • Provide virtual coaching sessions, offering after-time feedback and adjustments to clients during their workouts.

    • Monitor client progress through regular weekly check-ins and adjust programs as necessary to ensure continuous improvement.

    • Utilize video analysis to assess clients’ form and technique, ensuring safety and effectiveness in all exercises.

  2. Program Strategy:

    • Collaborate with Tara LaFerrara and team to develop and refine programming strategies that align with the latest research and best practices in strength and mobility training.

    • Participate in brainstorming sessions to create innovative training methods and solutions tailored to the virtual environment.

    • Assist in creating content (e.g., videos, articles) that educates clients on various aspects of strength and mobility training.

  3. Program Fulfillment:

    • Ensure timely delivery of all client programs, including onboarding, initial plans, weekly adjustments, and any supplementary materials.

    • Manage client communication through Broads App admin platform, or video calls, addressing any questions or concerns promptly (within 48 hours)

    • Track and report on client adherence and progress, ensuring that program goals are being met and that clients remain engaged weekly and monthly.

  4. Client Acquisition and Sales:

    • Support coaches and the sales team in generating new leads and converting them into paying clients.

    • Possibly conduct initial consultations with potential clients to understand their goals and introduce them to our coaching services.

    • Assist in the creation of promotional materials, social media content, and other marketing efforts aimed at attracting new clients for your own platform.

    • Follow up with leads and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.

Qualifications:

  • Education and Certifications:

    • Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), or similar certification is highly desirable

    • At least two years working with people in-person

  • Experience:

    • Proven experience in coaching, either in-person or virtual.

    • Familiarity with programming for various fitness levels, from beginners to advanced athletes.

    • Experience using online coaching platforms and video conferencing tools.

  • Skills:

    • Strong knowledge of strength training, mobility exercises, and corrective exercise techniques.

    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear, motivating, and empathetic manner.

    • Proficiency in using fitness software, tracking tools, and virtual coaching platforms.

    • Sales acumen with the ability to engage potential clients and close sales.

    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
