I have a secret. I was basically forced off my collegiate track team after years of drinking and binge eating. So then I tried the alternative, eating only grilled chicken and broccoli while running marathons (another secret: I hate long-distance running).

I had no idea how to take care of my body. For decades.

Then I found what it means to eat and move intuitively. Nearly ten years later (with countless certifications in my back pocket), I now speak my truth to women as a means of inspiring them to find their own peace in their health and wellness journeys.

I found my happiness, and I want you to find yours.
