Figuring out what to do for exercise is such a pain!
I get so bored doing the same thing when I workout—I need to mix it up.
It’s hard for me to create a consistent exercise habit.
I just want someone to tell me what to do for my workout and how to do it.
I don’t know how to strength train at home with minimal equipment.
(or) I feel so awkward and anxious at the gym.
Well fuck. You shouldn’t have to deal with all that.
