What if there was a better way?!

Knowing how to workout can feel like one. big. mystery. One that takes a lot of freakin’ work and yet never seems to get solved.

You know you should exercise more, but you struggle with what to actually do. 

It’s probably why you see all those people just hopping on the elliptical or treadmill over and over again. 

Hell no. You’d die of boredom. 

Plus you know there are benefits to strength training but the number of machines in the gym (let alone how to use them) is totally overwhelming.

Or maybe you’re the workout-at-home type but you’re not sure how to make the most of your few pieces of equipment (and let’s not forget—still trying to not die of boredom doing the same things over and over). 

When it takes so much work to figure out what to do each time, it’s often easier to just forgo the workout altogether (which makes you feel oh so guilty).
