Every body is different

What works for someone else, may not work for you. It’s why we’ll customize your program around the things you enjoy. Don’t know what that is anymore? We’ll figure it out together. I’ll be teaching you how to listen to and learn from your body (even if it’s changing like whoa—hello menopause!) so that showing up for yourself becomes as enjoyable as an ice cream sundae with all the toppings.

 

 

Ditch the strict

My goal is to help you figure out what living a healthy lifestyle forever looks like for you—not just for the duration of our coaching program. I want to set you up with sustainable habits you won’t want to ditch. But most importantly, you’ll learn how to look inward for the answers on what feels good and works for you—finding flexibility and freedom from your intuition—cause just about the only thing that should be rigid is a squat rack.

 

 

Curiosity encouraged

Your questions are always welcome. Because when you truly understand the concepts, approaches, and toolbox, you’ll be able to adjust them to work for you and your unique body and lifestyle long after we work together. You know your body better than anyone else, so get curious—explore what you like and don’t like. Don’t be afraid to try something different. Learn a new skill. Play a new sport. Try new foods. Life is all about exploration and we’ll do loads of it together.

 

 

You are not your body

You are so much more than your physical body. In fact, the best parts of you are the ones I can’t see. That’s why together we’ll put just as much energy into feeling good on the inside—it’ll make transformation on the outside happen so much more easily. (and of course, if there’s a strength or fitness goal you have, I’m totally down for helping you achieve that too!)
