That’s why together we’ll put just as much energy into feeling good on the inside—it’ll make transformation on the outside happen so much more easily. Being a trainer myself it always felt weird for me to admit I wanted this, or even pursue it. I felt like people would think I wasn’t any good as a trainer because I couldn’t train myself.
Through various life twists and turns I found myself incredibly lost. In my career field, in my own fitness journey, in life itself. I finally made the decision I didn’t like living that way any longer, that it was time to wake up the woman I know exists within me.
After much prayer and time spent with the Lord, I was directed to Tara. I am so incredibly grateful for this directive. Tara has been an essential part of my awakening. I’m stronger than I’ve ever been and in the most healthy way. My self confidence, my mood, my self talk, my inspiration, self motivation, all of it has improved so much in the time I’ve been working with Tara.

I was previously only going to classes (pilates, yoga, barre) and knew I wanted to build more strength but wasn't really getting there in my classes. I felt like I wasn't a "gym person" and I was really pretty afraid to go, but wouldn't really stick to any home workouts either. When Tara posted about 1:1 openings, I decided to reach out and then push myself to say yes to giving it a try.
Tara is SO NICE and truly gives individual attention. Her knowledge and assistance is so impressive. The app made workouts easy to work through at the gym and having a plan from Tara gave me just enough extra courage to walk in the door. I'm so glad I've had this opportunity to work with her.
