To say I’ve been around the block with athletic wear would be a complete understatement. I know my way around leggings, and I think that Beyond Yoga leggings are some of the most underrated out there.

I buy leggings because I want to, one, be able to wear them all the time and, two, have them be buttery soft on my bottom half. Beyond Yoga does not disappoint in both categories.

If there’s anything everyone on your list needs, it’s eye protection. Layer on “affordable” and “stylish” and you can’t go wrong.

Goodr was born for runners by runners (don’t worry, you don’t have to run to rock these specs). The co-founders are former high school friends who, after taking on their own professional worlds, wanted to create fun, fashionable, and functional sunglasses that everyone can afford.

Walking Shoes

Your Favorite Book

Pillow and/or Body Pillow

Honestly, the gift of good sleep is more important than you think. As soon as I got a Tempur-Pedic cooling pillow and body pillow like this one, I find it hard to sleep without it (definitely not a replacement for Teddy, but a close second).
